Flooring is the most common project we see in local homes. Original carpet from a 2000s build is tired, the tile in the entry is dated, and homeowners want one continuous floor across the main living areas.

We quote by the square foot from your photos and a rough room list. Our estimates include demo, haul-away, floor prep, the install itself, new baseboards or shoe molding, and transitions between rooms.

What we look for in Collin County homes

• Everything here sits on a concrete slab. Tile demo on slab is dusty, loud work, and we charge for it separately so you can see the number.
• Slab movement from expansive clay soil is common across Collin County. We check for cracks and high spots before quoting a rigid floor like tile.
• North Texas summers push indoor humidity around. We let plank flooring acclimate on site before install so seams stay tight.

Ranges are typical, not quotes. Every written estimate shows a range of about 8 percent under to 12 percent over the point estimate, and the final number is confirmed on site.
