Ranges are typical, not quotes. Every written estimate shows a range of about 8 percent under to 12 percent over the point estimate, and the final number is confirmed on site.
How we price
No mystery numbers
Every estimate is itemized by line, so you can see what demo costs, what tile costs, and what you can take out to hit a number.
- Minimum job
- $350. Small repairs bundle into a half-day visit to get the most out of the trip.
- Site visit
- $89 diagnostic fee, credited to the job if it goes ahead. Most jobs are priced from photos and need no visit first.
- Materials
- At cost plus our standard markup when we supply them. Bring your own and we add nothing, though we cannot warranty the material.
- Permits
- Passed through at cost plus a $150 handling fee. We tell you up front whether your job needs one.
- Changes
- Written, priced the same way, and approved by you before anyone picks up a tool.
- Surprises
- Layout changes, wall removals and anything found wet behind the tile get a site visit before the number is final.
